Selected for the San-Francisco & Europe Bootcamps
Pindex was selected to take part to Start-up bootcamps in San-Francisco and all around Europe. Through business development, intellectual property strategy, story-telling and project pitching sessions, these bootcamps teach the fundamentals of entrepreneurship.
Maturity Project Prize
Pindex' early days happened while we sere still only high-school pupils. Even though the idea was at the time just a draft with unclear boundaries, the Pindex project was rewarded by Lycée Blaise-Cendrars in La Chaux-de-Fonds as the best Maturity project.
Banque Cantonale Neuchâteloise
In the meantime, Pindex was rewarded with the Innovation prize of the Banque Cantonale Neuchâteloise, in order to emphasize its entrepreneurial aspect and undeniable start-up qualities.
Joint Alumni Association in Computer Science
A few months later, the Pindex project was elected amongst the best Maturity projects in the field of Computer Science in the cantons of Bern, Neuchâtel, Fribourg, Soleure, Aarau, Lucern, Valais and Jura, by the members of the JAACS association of the University of Neuchâtel, Bern and Fribourg.
Youth Parliament Grant
Pindex quickly decided to tighten its bonds with the Youth Parliaments of La Chaux-de-Fonds and Neuchâtel in order to support the initiatives held by young people in the Neuchâtel area, but also to underline Pindex' willingness to support the collaboration of young students from various backgrounds on this large scale project.
La Chaux-de-Fonds and Neuchâtel
Both Youth Parliaments of these cities have supported the Pindex project and its smartphone application, without any hesitation.
Collaboration with Saint-Imier
While the municipality of Saint-Imier, in the Jura bernois, was seeking to modernize the two guided tours it was traditionally offering - including a paper brochure, a map and a few explanatory panels throughout the city - Pindex stood out by proposing an interactive, modern and simple solution: Pindex Interactive Tours.
Since 2017, the members of the Economical & Cultural commission of Saint-Imier and the Pindex team work hard to provide a fully numerical and interactive version of the two walking tours proposed by the city. More than for the promise of a technical achievement, we also work in order to provide a quality, interesting and entertaining content all at once, thus making interactive tours enter a new era.
